My Air Hitch, LLC; warrants it's products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from date of purchase to original owner. Any damage to the trailer hitch or it's original parts, as a result of misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, misapplication, improper installation, or any deviation from instructions provided by My Air Hitch, LLC. and it's distributors VOIDS warranty.

Remedies are the sole discrimination of My Air Hitch, LLC.
    Remedies: (a) Refund of original purchase.
                     (b) Repair or replacement of defective parts according to My Air Hitch,                           LLC. three year warranty.

Defective products must be presented to any My Air Hitch, LLC Dealer with a copy of original receipt. Defective products can be returned to the factory with a copy of original receipt at customers expense. In such an event, transportation charges must be prepaid to the address listed below by customer.

Limited warranty is limited only to defective parts and replacements. Warranty does NOT include or cover labor charges and/or damages incurred in installation to replacement products.

My Air Hitch, LLC. and it's distributors disclaim to the maximum extent permitted by law all other warranties, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Disclaimer includes customer trailer hitches.
